SQUAT is what I lost last week.

But, I'm happy! I was expecting a gain.

So it's back to the grind. I can do this!!!

What keeps you motivated? Rather it be lose weight, keep your home clean, stay on a budget.

What keeps me motivated? Making a list (either actual or mental) of things I have to do every day, and going through crossing them off as I do them. :)
